This policy explains how Gabriel Creative SRL handles personal data for lumavyr.app. It covers this presentation website, not a released native app. The iOS and Android apps are not yet available.

Optional browser location
Geolocation is requested only after you choose Match my real sky. The browser may provide latitude, longitude and an accuracy estimate. These values are used transiently in memory to calculate the current Sun position in your browser. They are not stored or transmitted by this website and are not written to cookies or browser storage. Use Stop using precise location to discard them and ignore any pending location result, or leave the page to end the session. Browser permission can also be changed in your browser settings.
Analytics and cookies
By default, this website loads Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, together with the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the TikTok Pixel; they set analytics and marketing cookies and receive usage data such as page views and device information. If you press Reject all, none of these services load; the website itself uses no behavioural profiles or session replay. No cookie is set by default. If you choose Remember this language in Cookie settings, the optional NEXT_LOCALE preference cookie stores your chosen language for up to 365 days after the last saved choice, with SameSite=Lax and Path=/. It is Secure on HTTPS. You can withdraw permission and delete it at any time in Cookie settings. Choosing a language without saving it uses the URL only. You can accept, reject or withdraw analytics consent at any time in Cookie settings or the cookie banner; the choice is stored on this device for 180 days.
Hosting and ordinary request data
Serving a public website involves handling ordinary request data, such as an IP address, request time, requested page and browser information. Hosting providers may keep operational logs to deliver and secure the service. The hosting provider and log-retention information for lumavyr.app are listed in the operator details on this page. An unconfirmed hosting entry means that the public hosting arrangement has not yet been finalized.
Accounts and contact
This website has no account system, newsletter form, checkout or backend user database. To contact us or exercise a privacy right, use the published privacy email. If you send an email, we receive the address, message and any attachments you choose to include. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Purposes and legal bases
Where GDPR applies, essential request handling and proportionate security measures serve our legitimate interests in delivering and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)). We must assess those interests against your rights. Optional language storage and precise-location sky matching are based on your choice and consent (Article 6(1)(a)); withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Browser-only sky matching starts only at your request and can be stopped at any time. Correspondence is handled to answer your inquiry, take requested steps before a contract where relevant (Article 6(1)(b)), or meet a legal obligation such as responding to a rights request (Article 6(1)(c)).
How long data is kept
Precise coordinates remain only in the current page session until you stop using them or leave. The optional language preference expires after no more than 365 days from the last saved choice and can be deleted sooner. Correspondence is retained only while needed to resolve the inquiry and follow-up, satisfy an applicable legal duty, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Limited records of rights requests may be kept to demonstrate how they were handled. Hosting logs follow the provider and retention details stated above; their period must be confirmed before deployment.
Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. Authorized personnel and service providers may handle correspondence or request data only as needed for the stated purposes. Hosting and email processors must be covered by appropriate contractual and security arrangements. Disclosures may also be made when required by law or necessary to defend a legal claim. The hosting location and any transfers outside the EEA must be checked for the final providers. Where a transfer requires safeguards, an applicable adequacy decision or another lawful mechanism such as standard contractual clauses must be in place; information can be requested through the privacy contact.
Your GDPR rights
Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for optional processing at any time. Some rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances, and legal duties or the protection of others may limit a request. The website does not use profiling or solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
How to make a request or complaint
Email the privacy contact above with the right you want to exercise and enough information to locate relevant correspondence. We may request proportionate information to verify identity when necessary; we do not ask for extra personal data merely to identify a visitor whose data we do not retain. Requests are normally handled without charge and within one month. If complexity or the number of requests requires up to two additional months, we will explain the extension within the first month. You may complain to ANSPDCP in Romania or a competent authority in the country of your habitual residence, work or the alleged infringement, and seek a judicial remedy.
Security, children and policy changes
The website is designed to minimize collection, keep sky calculations local and use HTTPS on the official domain. The operator must maintain appropriate access controls, processor arrangements and incident procedures; no system can promise absolute security. The site is not directed at children and does not seek child accounts or profiles. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information that requires attention. We will update this notice when processing changes and obtain new consent before any new optional use that requires it.
