These terms govern the presentation website at lumavyr.app, operated by Gabriel Creative SRL. They explain permitted use, the limits of planning information and your rights. Separate terms and privacy disclosures will accompany any future native-app release.

Planning information
Lumavyr presents solar, horizon, Moon and natural-light planning information. Calculations, diagrams and example times are provided to help prepare a photography or gardening plan. Lumavyr does not guarantee weather, visibility, terrain accuracy, safety, access, plant health, photographic results or the exact conditions found at a location.
Use your judgment
Check current weather, official access information, local rules and physical conditions before travelling or working outdoors. Do not rely on the website for navigation, emergency decisions, aviation, maritime use, surveying or any safety-critical purpose. You remain responsible for equipment, location access and personal safety.
Pre-launch availability
The iPhone and Android apps are not yet released and have no official download links on this website. Coming soon controls are unavailable and are not store badges. You cannot purchase an app, begin a subscription or create an account here. Features, supported platforms and release timing may change; viewing this website creates no purchase or service commitment.
Intellectual property and changes
The Lumavyr brand and original website content are owned by Gabriel Creative SRL or used under applicable licences. Third-party software, fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences. You may view the site for personal evaluation and share links to it. Do not copy or reuse protected material beyond applicable licences or legal exceptions, or misrepresent it as your own product.
Scope and permitted use
These terms apply to browsing lumavyr.app and using its presentation features. You may use the site for lawful information and planning. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, distribute malicious software through it, or infringe another person’s rights. Normal browser access, accessibility tools, lawful linking and ordinary search-engine indexing are permitted. Any separately agreed professional service is governed by its own contract.
Demonstrations and accuracy
Story Mode, sample times, saved places, diagrams and the instrument preview illustrate product concepts. They are not a weather forecast or a promise of conditions at a particular place. Live Sky uses a browser-time approximation unless you explicitly request location matching; the website’s model has the limitations described on How it works. Check relevant measurements and real conditions before relying on a plan. Native-app features shown here may change before release.
External services and privacy
External sites and your email provider operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Following a link is your choice and does not mean their content is controlled or endorsed by us. The Privacy policy explains website processing, and Cookie settings let you manage the optional language preference. Reading or using the site does not authorize marketing messages or optional tracking.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and the website available, but may change, suspend or remove presentation features for maintenance, security or product development. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free estimates or a particular photographic, gardening or commercial result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses intentional misconduct or other liability that applicable law preserves.
Applicable law, disputes and updates
Romanian law applies subject to mandatory conflict-of-law rules and any non-waivable consumer protection available in your country. These terms do not remove rights to bring proceedings before a court that is competent under applicable law. Contact Gabriel Creative SRL using the published email to raise an issue; this does not limit your right to contact an authority or court. Changes will be published with an updated date and apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
